Some of you may know that over two weeks ago, I endured some major surgery. Happily, I feel better than I have in years (truly!) but the worst part is the bedrest for the following 6 weeks. My beagle is confused, I can't lift her....can only lift a coffee mug, basically, and my fingers to type out a blog that may or may not interest you. Hopefully it will!!
Yes, when I awoke from my surgery, the first thing I wanted was my computer so I could document everything that was whirling and whooshing through my little mind. It wasn't until 4 hours after I awoke from surgery that I was told I had no cancer, but that moment made a HUGE impact on my life as it stands.
Changes are being made, and changes are to come, and I hope you'll come along with me on my new, more focused, more health and wellness-oriented quest to LIVE THE LIFE WE ARE MEANT TO LIVE! Of course, we will still drink wine, and sometimes eat what we shouldn't, but things have changed my friends and I hope you'll come along for the ride!
